Survey: USTR employee satisfaction ratings on the rise; 'effective leadership' numbers drop

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative's overall score in an annual ranking of the "best places to work" in the federal government has risen for the fourth consecutive year, but its numbers are still below the median for small government agencies in 11 of 14 categories.
