The World Trade Organization will gradually send its staff back to work in its facilities beginning on May 11, though regular meetings of WTO members will remain suspended, according to Geneva sources. The gradual reopening of the WTO's buildings will be voluntary, sources told Inside U. S. Trade, and managed over several phases. The first phase will involve the return of about 20 percent of the staff starting on May 11, but a timeline has not yet been set for subsequent waves.
