Huge thymolipoma compressing the heart in a 20-year-old patient

A 20-year-old patient presented with an incidentally discovered systolic murmur in the left parasternal area. Echocardiography showed a mildly narrowed right ventricular outflow tract with increased velocity (2ms-1) and a peak gradient of 21mmHg. Magnetic resonance imaging showed a huge anterior mediastinal mass compressing the right ventricular outflow tract, resulting in mild obstruction (Figure 1). Preoperative workup included chest radiography and computed
