The Chinese domestic spot battery-grade lithium carbonate market fell in June, attributed mainly to some lithium producers offering cheaper material to the market alongside slow trading activity. Industrial Minerals assessed the price for Chinese domestic spot battery-grade lithium carbonate (min 99.5% Li2CO3) at 126,000-130,000 yuan ($19,684-20,309) per tonne on Thursday June 7, down by 5,000 yuan per tonne week on week.
