AkzoNobel sees further pressure from high TiO2 prices

Dutch paint manufacturer AkzoNobel expects continued pressure on margins because of the high cost of raw materials in 2018 and plans to pass on the price increases to its customers. "We continue to implement various measures to mitigate current market challenges, including increased selling prices and cost discipline," AkzoNobel chief executive Thierry Vanlancker said.
