Combined cleaning process using solvents and aqueous products

When parts need to be cleaned to a high standard or when both organic and inorganic contamination has to be removed, the combination of solvent- and water-based cleaning methods is the ideal solution. In order to allow the two processes to be used cost-effectively, Karl Roll GmbH has developed the new TwinTec hybrid cleaning machine, which allows parts to be cleaned using solvents and water-based products in the same chamber. The two types of cleaning agent can be combined in different ways for degreasing, cleaning, drying and corrosion protection.
