Milk is designated as "Nature's Most Complete Food" containing majority of the essential macro and micronutrients in a well-balanced fashion. Milk and milk products are affordable sources of nutrients that are available all over the world. They have got a high density of nutrients like high-quality protein, fat, carbohydrate, essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals etc including several health-promoting components like conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), butyric acid, sphingolipid, biopeptides etc.Milk and milk products contain several immune-boosting ingredients like immunoglobulins, ysozyme, lactoperoxidase, bio-active peptides etc (DuPuis, 2002).
