Italy, a country, where the day is defined by coffee rituals: a cappuccino with morning breakfast, one or two caffe macchiato as an afternoon and espresso after the dinner shows passionate in the coffee culture. Indian coffee in the land of Italy hasa significant identity, Indian Robusta, Monsoon Malabar, Mysore Nugets are the most important ingredients in maintaining such rituals. The Italy is the largest export destination for Indian coffee occupying about 25 % of the total Indian coffee exportsand it also occupies 7th largest coffee consuming country with a record of second largest coffee exporter in Europe. Triestespresso 2018 is one of the biggest exhibitions designed for International coffee industry professionals in a city with a long tradition and a rich expertise in the coffee sector, since coffee has been a fundamental part of its trade exchanges and its professional and industrial expertise for over 300 years has succeeded in drawing whole World's attention on coffee industries in terms of B2B and educating the entire coffee chain. It would be very fair enough to say that, Italians are passionate about coffee so much and the country has succeeded in establishing itself as a home of espresso coffee.
