PEABODY SELLS MAJORITY OF BURTON COAL MINE

Peabody Energy has secured a deal to sell the majority of its coal mine in Queensland to the Lenton joint venture for $US ($13.7 million). The Lenton joint venture - of which New Hope Coal owns a J cent interest - controls mining tenements that adjoin the EH operation.
