Plants of New Caledonia —a hotspot of endemism on a fragment of Gondwana

Barbara is an Honorary Research Associate of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney and was Senior Assistant Director, heading the scientific programs there, for many years. Her research has included studies on Proteaceae, Myrtaceae and other Southern Hemisphere plant families. Her second visit to New Caledonia was in 2017.
