Muar as 'Furniture City of Malaysia'

Muar is known as Malaysia's foremost furniture hub in the country. 60 per cent of Malaysia's furniture is exported to other countries. Muar Furniture Association (MFA) started in 1982 accommodating all furniture and furniture parts manufacturers in Muar. MFA has been the main driving force to make Malaysia one of the most outstanding furniture manufacturing nations in the world.
