Saurer signed a purchase contract to acquire 100% of the Textile Products Group from Day International,Inc.The transaction has to be approved by the anti-trust commission.In 2005,Day's Textile Products Group generated sales of approximately USus45 million.The company has production facilities in Mnster,Germany and Greenville,South Carolina,U.S.,and sales offices in Italy,Turkey and Hong Kong.
