Pieridae buys more gas assets for Goldboro LnG

Canadian private-sector energy infrastructure development company Pieridae Energy has purchased additional upstream assets from Shell Canada, increasing available gas supply for its planned 10mn t/yr Goldboro LNG project. The Calgary-based operator has agreed to purchase Shell Canada’s midstream and upstream assets in the southern Alberta Foothills, providing the frm with ad- ditional gas supply of 118.9mn ft~3/d (1.2bn m~3/yr).
