Qatari frm Powerglobe is seeking an LNG carrier on a 10-year time-charter agree- ment to support its booked capacity at Croatia’s planned 2.05mn t/yr Krk LNG import terminal. The frm wants a vessel with capacity of up to 180,000m~3, with the start date of the charter agreement subject to Krk’s commissioning. The plant is expected to begin commercial operations on 1 January 2021. Powerglobe expects to finalise the agreement in September and is currently discussing delivery windows for LNG imports, it says.
