摘要

This article provides an analysis of the species diversity and structural characteristics of the communities of microscopic fungi in the natural undisturbed brown-taiga soils of the Russia Far East (middle taiga subzone), studied according to traditional cultural and molecular methods. The non-homogeneity of the composition of micromycete complexes for each of the studied habitats has been revealed, evidencing the high species diversity of mycocenoses in coarse-grained coarse humus soils, representedby different ecological and trophic groups and species characteristic of temperate and extremely cold regions, as well as a small number of micromycetes, typical for more southern latitudes. For the first time, such species as Alternaria embellisia, Discosia brasiliensis were identified in the territory of the Far East region.
