摘要

The present investigations were carried out under Punjab conditions to investigate the effect of pre-harvest spray application of maleic hydrazide (MH) and gibberellic acid (GA3) on physico-chemical parameters of guava when stored under ambient conditions. Treated guava fruits were evaluated for physical changes such as fruit length; breadth, weight and biochemical aspects such as TSS, acidity, ascorbic acid. The experiment was laid out in randomized block design. It has been finalized from the present investigations that physio-chemical traits of fruits are affected by pre harvest applications of MH and GA.
