PNG Barikewa-3 hits pay

Santos reports that the Barikewa-3 appraisal well in the Forelands region onshore Papua New Guinea (PNG) inter- sected 25m (82ft) of net gas pay within the Toro and Hedinia reservoir objectives. Reservoir quality exceeded pre-drill expectations and the well successfully inter- sected a gas-water contact in the Hedinia, Santos said.
