Barakah bags PFLNG1 deal

Malaysian services provider Barakah Offshore Petroleum’s wholly owned subsidiary PBJV Group has won a subcontract from Petronas Floating LNG 1 Ltd for offshore work on the PFLNG1 Floating LNG (FLNG) facility. Under the US $4.5m contract, PBJV will carry out engineering, procurement, installation and related activities for the FLNG offshore works, comprising PFLNG1 post-installation activities and onboard hook-up, commissioning and start-up activities of Petronas FLNG 1 Ltd from December 2015 to October 2016.
