The first of 29 compressed natural gas fueling stations planned as part of a public-private partnership (P3) in Pennsylvania opened recently. Pennsylvania's Department of Transportation Deputy Secretary for Multimodal Toby Fauver and P3 Office Director Mike Bonini joined officials from Trillium CNG, Cam Tran and state and local officials in Johnstown to mark the occasion.
