Product freight rates stable

The cost of shipping products from Arkhangelsk,Murmansk and Kaliningrad to northwest Europe was little changed in August,thanks to stable tanker time charter rates and the fact that bunker fuel prices rose only slightly.Product exports from Rosneft's Arkhangelsk terminal on the White Sea rose to 109,800t last month from just 24,500t in July.There were no loadings at the Baltnafta terminal in the Kaliningrad region port of Svetly,although diesel loadings are expected there this month.There were also no August loadings at Murmansk's First Murmansk terminal.
