Kozmino ES PO Blend supplies slow

Seaborne ESPO Blend exports from Russia's far east Kozmino terminal are scheduled significantly lower in the third quarter,according to preliminary data.This reduction could undermine earlier plans to boost exports of the grade this year.Crude loadings at Kozmino are planned at 7.64mn t(615,000 b/d)in the third quarter-down by 15.5pc against shipments in April-June and leaving ESPO Blend exports almost unchanged on the year at 24.8mn t in the first nine months of 2020(see table).It may now prove difficult to achieve the 34mn t target initially envisaged for Kozmino loadings in 2020,which would be an increase of 2.4pc from 33.2mn t last year.
