Supplies from smaller southern ports up

Products supplies from Russia’s southern shallow-water ports - Azov, Eisk, Kavkaz, Rostov-on-Don, Taganrog and Temryuk - rose by 26pc on the year to 1.94mn t in January-March, Russian port co-ordinator Morcentre-TEK says. Azovprodukt was the only terminal to register a decline in frst-quarter loadings - it stopped handling naphtha supplied from Yug Rusi’s 100,000 b/d Novoshakhtinsk refnery and from Rosneft’s Samara plants more than a year ago, switching its focus to gasoil and gasoline from Gazprom’s 254,000 b/d Salavat, Forteinvest’s 135,000 b/d Orsk and Gazpromneft’s 240,000 b/d Moscow refneries.
