Ready for more clean products

We see two trends - one is positive, the other less so. The negative trend is a re- sult of improvements to processing depth [at Russian refneries]… Loading capac- ity in northwest Russia - at Ust-Luga, Vysotsk, St Petersburg - is focused mostly on dirty products, but there are increasingly more clean products for export and fewer dirty products. And more diesel is being diverted by pipeline for export through Primorsk. As a result, northwest ports must compete for every tonne.
