Products exports from the Russian Black Sea port of Tuapse are scheduled 13pc higher on the month on a daily average basis at 1.4mn t in June. Much of the expected rise is because of higher fuel oil supply from Rosneft’s 190,000 b/d Novokuibyshev refnery after maintenance - increasing to 134,000t in June compared with 54,000t in May. Trading frm Glencore is buying Novokuiby- shev fuel oil this year, selling the product on to trading company Holt Global.
