Rosneft to hike LPG exports at taman

Rosneft plans to raise LPG exports through the Black Sea port of Taman next year. A draft agreement with Tamanneftegaz terminal operator Oteko, signed last month, covers loadings of 2.21mn t of LPG in 2018-20, at a rate of $55/t. The LPG will be supplied by Rosneft subsidiary Rospan from a 1.2mn t/yr complex in Yamal-Nenets that it plans to commission by the end of this year - production and shipments from the plant will begin in 2019, a Rosneft source says.
