Products exports from the FSU declined by 4.6pc on the month to 13.98mn t in January. Higher gasoil and gasoline shipments were cancelled out by reduced flows of fuel oil, vacuum gasoil (VGO) and naphtha. Gasoil and diesel loadings rose by just over 6pc to 4.68mn t. Exports from Russia's Baltic port of Primorsk - the FSU's largest outlet for 10ppm sulphur diesel - increased by 15.5pc to 1.47mn t, with increased supply from Surgutneftegaz, Gazpromneft and Rosneft. Loadings at the Latvian port of Ventspils climbed by more than a third to nearly 450,000t, because of increased pipeline shipments - scheduled at 310,000t in January, compared with 280,000t in December.
