4Q crude exports to rise slightly

Crude exports from Russia to non-CIS countries through the Transneft pipeline system are scheduled at 4.53mn b/d(57.23mn t)in the fourth quarter,up by less than 1pc on the previous three months.Shipments from the Baltic ports of Ust-Luga and Primorsk are expected to rise.Rosneft will increase supplies at the former and cut loadings from the latter,while Gazpromneft will increase Primorsk loadings substantially(see tables).On the Black Sea,Novorossiysk exports are also scheduled to rise,mainly as a result of higher Urals supplies,which are due to increase by 6pc to 491,000 b/d(6.29mn t).Siberian Light exports from the port are scheduled to grow by 14pc on the quarter to 105,000 b/d(1.32mn t).
