State-owned Russian Railways (RZD) has extended rail tarif discounts for prod- ucts shipments from the 36,000 b/d Anzhersky refnery in the Kemerovo region and the 100,000 b/d Novoshakhtinsk plant in the Rostov region. A smaller 6.4pc tarif reduction applies to export and domestic shipments of clean and dirty products, excluding petroleum coke, from Anzhersky in April- December. RZD granted a 15.2pc discount between January 2019 and 31 March this year. To qualify for the discount, Anzhersky must supply at least 900,000 t/yr of products by rail in 2019-20.
