The first significant winter 2018-19 ice restrictions at Russian ports are scheduled to begin at Primorsk and Ust-Luga on the Baltic Sea on 25 January and 31 January,respectively.If sheet-ice thickness at ports reaches 10-15cm,tankers without ice reinforcement must be accompanied by icebreakers.
