Ilsky refinery offers naphtha and fuel oil

Southern Russia's 60,000 b/d Ilsky refinery has offered 100,000-105,000t of lowsulphur fuel oil through the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk for October shipment.The product will be available through the plant's KNGK trading subsidiary in 30,000-35,000t cargoes on a fob basis from the Sheskharis terminal.The price will be based on the average fob Mediterranean price of 1pc fuel oil.Bids were accepted until 11 September.
