Petrobras to sell Colombia fuel unit

Brazilian state-controlled Petrobras plans to sell its fuel and lubricant operations in Colombia as part of its $20bn-30bn, 2020-24 divestment plan. The fi rm will sell two subsidiaries holding a combined 100pc in Petrobras Colombia Combustibles, which operates in the fuel and lubricants market through 124 service stations and 11 authorised third-party resellers. Qualifi ed companies have until 17 April to express an interest in the assets.
