Developers sue over clean energy change

Six renewable energy frms have launched a legal challenge against regulatory changes to Mexico's clean energy certifcate programme, which they say under- mine the scheme. The wind and solar companies include Zuma Energia, which is developing renewable projects with over 800MW of capacity in Mexico. Zuma is backed by UK private-equity frm Actis. The other frms involved have not been disclosed.
