Renova to build Ishinomaki Hibarino biomass plant

Japanese renewable power developer Renova has decided to build the 74.95MW Ishinomaki Hibarino biomass power generation plant, taking advantage of the country’s feed-in- tarif (FiT) scheme. Renova made a fnal investment decision on the project at Ishinomaki in northeast Miyagi prefecture. The company will develop the project with Japanese partners utility Tokyo Gas, recycling frm United Planning and leasing frm Mizuho Leasing.
