Biomass sales boost Ence’s 3Q energy business

Spanish pulp and bioenergy company Ence's biomass- fred power sales continued to grow in the third quarter, ofsetting a decline in electricity prices. Sales from biomass plants rose by 30.7pc on the year to 356.4GWh in the third quarter. And its total biomass power sales grew by 31.9pc on the year to 944.4GWh in January-September.
