NC port reopens North Gate

The Port of Wilmington in North Carolina reopened its North Gate to traffic on 1 October, it said. The port has two gates - the North Gate and the South Gate - for commercial truck traffic. Wilmington’s North Gate is used for general cargo, including wood pellets. Both gates were shut on 12 September, when the port closed ahead of hurricane Florence.
