UK utility Drax has adjusted a planned outage for its 645MW biomass-fired unit 2 at its Selby power plant in North Yorkshire. The wood pellet-fired unit 2 will now be off line for 63 days from 11 July-12 September 2019. This is the second revision for the unit’s outage, which was originally scheduled for 4 April-7 June 2019, and then from 21 June-24 August 2019.
