Ence secures Huelva biomass plant approval

Paper pulp and bioenergy company Ence has received environmental approval for its planned 40MW biomass-fired plant in Huelva, southwest Spain. The plant will join Ence's 50MW and 41MW biomass-fired facilities at the complex, making it the largest power generation site in the company's portfolio. The project will use agricultural and forestry biomass from local crop residues.
