Fire destroys wood pellets at New York warehouse

A fire destroyed 5,300t of wood pellets at a warehouse in New York state on 3 November, US wood pellet producer Curran Renewable Energy said. The fire broke out at Curran's warehouse in Massena industrial park on 3 November, chief executive Patrick Curran said. It was extinguished within 12 hours and did not spread to other storage facilities.
