Tokuyama biomass plant targets end-2022 start-up

Japanese refner Idemitsu is aiming to begin commercial operations of a 50MW biomass power generation plant at its Tokuyama petrochemical complex in December 2022, utilising infrastructure at the former refnery site and expanding the frm’s biomass-related business.
