Where do you see Venezuela's crude production heading? It has been a consistent trend of output declining to likely somewhere in the 1.4mn-1.5mn b/d range. It is difficult to predict where it goes from here but hard to see any improvement without a greater degree of political stability and possibly a need for some level of outside technical expertise to help revamp export infrastructure so that they have the capability to export at higher levels again.
