Angola is signalling a restart of its road-building programme that could boost bitumen demand, as crude prices rise towards budgeted levels. Construction work on the fnal 17km stretch of the Onzo to Muxaluando highway in Bengo province has resumed after four years of delays and was scheduled to be completed in Decem- ber, minister of construction and public Works Manuel Tavares de Almeida said.
