Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is one of the most aggressive malignancies and the fourth leading cause of cancer related death. It has only 5% 5-year survival rate.1 It is usually diagnosed at an advanced stage. The poor prognosis of PDAC is related to a combination of late detection and ineffective treatment regimens. This is why it is necessary to investigate the biological behavior for the early diagnosis and prediction.2
