Synovial sarcoma (SS) is a high-grade sarcoma of uncertain line of differentiation. It most commonly arises in para-articular regions of the extremities in adolescents and young adults but can occur over a wide age range and in nearly all body organs.1'2 Histologically, SS mainly shows 3 morphologic patterns: monophasic. (spindle cell), biphasic, and poorly differentiated.
