It is a report on the Japanese nationwide multicenter clinical study on spontaneous cerebral arterial dissection (SCAD study) supported by a research grant for Cardiovascular Diseases (18C-5) from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Japan. The content of the report, however, is not the general consensus of the SCAD study group. We are preparing a formal report of the research in time. Thank you.
