Background: The aim of this study is to compare the outcome of endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair (EVAR) using the Zenith (R) Spiral Z abdominal aortic aneurysm iliac leg (ZSLE) versus the Zenith (R) Flex abdominal aortic aneurysm iliac leg (TFLE).
