Quinaldine red as a fluorescent light-up probe for i-motif structures

摘要

Quinaldine red as a new fluorescent probe for i- motif structures was reported for the first time. When binding to i- motifs, quinaldine red exhibits a remarkable increase in its fluorescence, which benefits imotif-involved label-free systems.
