摘要

A new strategy was developed for the construction of a multilayered chemical modified electrode. The electrode was modified with two layers of carbon nanotubes conglutinated by polydopamine embedded with b-cyclodextrin. The practicability of the designed electrode was validated by the determination of catechol as a model molecule. Using the multilayered electrode, the redox peak currents in cyclic voltammetry for catechol were enhanced significantly compared with an electrode modified with single-layer carbon nanotubes. With the amount of added b-cyclodextrin and pH optimized, the peak currents showed good linear relationship with concentrations of catechol in the range from 2.50×10~(-7) to 4.00×10~(-3)mol?L~(-1) with a detection limit of 4.00×10~(-8)mol?L~(-1) based on a signal-to-noise ratio equal to three. The recovery values for spiked tap water and lake water were also satisfactory.
