Wear of machinery parts is one of the most common problems faced in the industry. Hardfacing process is one of the versatile techniques that can produce hard and wear resistant surface layers of various metals and alloys on metallic substrates. It not only helps them withstand wear, but also helps to prevent corrosion and high-temperature oxidation.
