摘要

Zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil (ZBEO) has been already widely used in food production and medical field in recent years, as of its prominent biological functions. In this study, supercritical CO2 extraction (SC-CO) technology was used to extract ZBEO, and the best suitable combination of extraction parameters was found by using response surface methodology (RSM) in a three-variable, three-level Box-Behnken experimental design (BBD). The optimal conditions could be obtained with extraction pressure 26.3 Mpa, extraction time 2.53 h, extraction temperature 50 degrees C, CO2 flow 21L/h and sample size of 60 mesh. Under these conditions, the highest extraction yield was 11.15%. The chemical compositions of ZBEO was investigated by GC-MS, which indicated that ZBEO was the complex mixtures and the highest content of the compound was 2,6,9,11-Dodecatetraene-1-Carboxylic acid, methyl ester with the content 12.428%. In conclusion, supercritical CO2 extraction was proved to be an effective technique for extracting oil from Zanthoxylum bungeanum and GC-MS provided the satisfactory method of analyzing ZBEO from Zanthoxylum bungeanum for industrial need.
