Learning for the Future: My Journey in Lifestyle Medicine

I wish to start by saying how honored I am for this opportunity to lead the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and follow in the footsteps of my esteemed colleagues who have previously held the office and worked so diligently to make lifestyle medicine a reality for more physicians and patients. I look forward to continuing to build on the legacy of my predecessors in furthering the awareness and development of the field. On a personal level, I feel especially privileged because lifestyle medicine has made such a positive difference in my life and that of my family.
